Lunch at Naxional Diner

As I was checking online for something new to eat, I came across Naxional South American Diner, a south american inspired dishes. Since I enjoyed everything I ordered during my first visit, I decided to invite my friends over for lunch. As you walk into the resto, you can feel the South American theme. The place is really cozy and modern. The servers are all very attentive as well. I ordered almost the same as I did on my first visit but this time, I chose more of the starters/appetizers. The best time to visit this place is during lunch time because the place is a lot busier at night.

Dining Area
Guacamole & Chips
Out of all the appetizers we ordered, this is what I enjoyed the most. The sweet potato crisps is good and not oily at all and it goes well with the guacamole.

Pāo de Queijo
The bread is really soft and has the right amount of cheese. One order is good for sharing.

You can have your Elote either on a cob or shreded, if you don’t want to deal with the mess eating on a cob. The game changer of this dish is the tangy flavor from the lime, a little kick from the chili butter, and crumbled cheese.

Lechon Asado
This is one of the dishes that made me come back to this place. Make sure to include this meal to your table The sauce gave the pork a unique flavor. The fried rice is a perfect match to the tender meat.

Pollo Peruano
The chicken is like your usual grilled chicken, but what makes this dish different is the corn rice. Peruvian style chicken, mixed greens, and chimichurri sauce that goes well with the meat.

A pressed sandwich that consist of ham steak and swiss cheese with a side of sweet potato crisps.

Brazilian Lemonade
Refreshing drink perfect for the hot weather!
