Sibyullee Flavors of Seoul

Lately, my husband and I are getting addicted to Korean food. While passing by the Ayala 30th, I saw Sibyullee a Korean Restaurant with a different kind of Korean Barbecue. Before going in, we checked the menu and it looks really yummy. Only to find out behind this restaurant is the same group with Sariwon. We were delighted to know that because it’s also one of our favorite restaurants.

If you’ve been to Korea, their menu is like the street food from Myeongdong and to all the cheese lovers out there, this place is perfect for you. You can experience dipping your barbecued meat in melted cheese which is really delicious.

The ambiance of this restaurant is like your in an indoor garden. It’s a nice place for families and group of friends.

We ordered the Signature Barbecue Combo Set 2 which is good for 3-4 person. The set includes 200g Fresh USDA Choice Beef Belly, 200g Pork Belly (choice of fresh or marinated), 1 Dakgogi Cheese Bbq, 1 Pajeon, Choice of 2 Dolsot Bibimbap or 1 Volcano Kimchi Fried Rice w/ 2 Plain Rice, 4 Soups and Unlimited Side Dishes.

Every item from the set can be ordered individually like the Cheese Bbq of your choice (chicken, pork or beef) and also their barbecued meat to grill from Samgyupsal to Dak Galbi.

Dakgogi Cheese Barbecue – Marinated chicken with fresh vegetables, rice cakes and thin slices of potato, surrounded by layers of  melted cheese, buttered corn and omelette. Good for 2-3 people.
Volcano Kimchi Fried Rice – Kimchi fried rice on a ring of cheesy lava. Good for sharing. A MUST TRY!
Pajeon – Seafood pancake made with squid, shrimp and Korean Mussels and green onion.

Our lunch was amazing! From the Cheese BBQ down to the side dishes and everything was good and definitely authentic. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I will definitely recommend this to my friends who also loves Korean food.
