Anaheim Packing District is an upscale food court that has a lot of food options at reasonable prices. This place is popular because even the residents and tourists are really enjoying this new communal gathering place in Downtown. It is located at the intersection of Anaheim Blvd. and Santa Ana Street. This place was a former car showroom and packing house and now, it features 20+ artisan eateries.
We had dinner at Rolling Boil, an Asian hotpot. My husband and I ordered Chicken Breasts and Rib Eye Steak, and Thai Coconut and Spicy Szechuan for our broth. They have a lot of sauce to choose from but since we can’t decide what to get, we ordered everything.
The overall concept is like Shabu-Shabu where you can cook your own meal in a hot pot and just add your preferred vegetables and spices.
Open daily from 9am for breakfast but other establishments opens at 11am or noon for lunch then stop serving food until 8-9pm. Bars are open until 11pm.
After we had our dinner, we were all craving for something sweet for dessert so we tried the Mini Monster. We went there because we were curious about the place. Line is too long but it shows that they have great products. They serve their boba in the cutest cups ever! I ordered the Rainbow Cloud that is served in a light bulb cup with a huge cotton candy on top for $5.75. Although it was really good, it was too sweet for me but it was a nice experience!
