We were too tired to do anything the next day after a long day exploring and touring the Grand Canyon. We decided to take a rest and then started our day in the evening. Since we’ve rested enough the whole afternoon, we went out and walked around the old Las Vegas; Fremont.
Good thing we explored the old Vegas at night because during the day, the place is too quiet and there’s nothing much to do.
The Strip is the perfect hang out place where all the restaurants and bars are located. The whole stretch is filled with iconic sites, resort hotels, and casino.
I love how chic and high end these hotels are. Getting some few drinks before heading out again is a huge help to warm up since it was very cold back then.
After a while, my husband and I walked to the High Roller, 550-foot tall Ferris Wheel also located on the Strip. We were so lucky at that time because we got the whole booth and bar all to ourselves. It was only the two of us inside. It is very beautiful because you have the perfect view of the whole Vegas. The beautiful lights and buildings made the experience a lot better. It was quiet and calming once you’re up there. This is the best way to end the whole Strip.
What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas! But the memories stay with me 🙂
