Falafel is an Arabian food that is made of chick peas, other veggies and spices. It can be formed into balls or fritters and deep-fried usually eaten with a pita bread. It’s considered as one of their Arabian Street Food.
One afternoon in JBR, we are craving for some Arabian snack then we saw Operation:Falafel. They offer different types of shawarma and of course Falafel. During my days in the Middle East, it is one of my favorite snacks. This restaurant originally came from Dubai and now they are growing world wide. The ambiance is a contemporary space that creates a mood to an old street marketplace. They have fresh ingredients and traditional recipes.
Check out the food that we ordered. Everything we had was delicious and tasty. They met our expectations from the look and feel of the restaurant and it was just right. The overall experience was great in balancing the past with the present and gives a good combination. Definitely, an authentic Arabic cuisine with a story.
