Lebanese Cuisine is a part of Levantine cuisine. Most of their dishes are grilled, baked or sautèed. Herb and spices are used frequently like most of the Mediterranean countries. Most of the vegetables are likely to be eaten pickled, raw, or cooked. They rarely use a butter or cream unless it’s for dessert.
It was dinner time and we’re about to meet some friends at the Dubai Mall where Karam Beirut Restaurant is located. They suggested this restaurant because we told them that we want something grilled so we decided to have our dinner here. They offer great Lebanese cuisine and it’s truly authentic from the spices they use. The quality and taste of their food was really delicious from the color, texture and aroma. We ordered so many authentic dishes like their famous appetizers, salad and mixed grill.
The ambiance has a unique east meets west decor. They also have an outside seating where you can watch the Dubai Fountain Show. The service was really good and the staff were very attentive. It was really a good choice and big thanks to my friends Jason and Lei for bringing us here.
